1. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Users of BASEC-Careers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation must be requested before the expiry date of the current billing period for it to take effect at the end of that billing cycle.
2. CANCELLATION PROCESS
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your BASEC-Careers account
- Navigate to the Account page
- Select the cancellation option
- Confirm your cancellation request
3. CANCELLATION TIMING
Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will remain active and accessible until the end date of your paid subscription. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods.
4. CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from BASEC-Careers. This email will include:
- Confirmation that your cancellation request has been processed
- Your subscription end date
- Information regarding data retention
5. RENEWAL AFTER CANCELLATION
Once your subscription is cancelled, it will not automatically renew. You will not be charged further for subscription fees. If you wish to reactivate your subscription at a later date, you must manually restart your subscription through the platform.
6. ACCOUNT DATA AFTER CANCELLATION
Upon cancellation, your account and associated data (resume/employer information) will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will not have access to your account after the subscription period ends, but your data will be managed according to our data retention policies.
7. REFUND POLICY
Please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid. Refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on our no-refund policy.
8. POLICY CHANGES
BASEC-Careers reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
